Unless otherwise requested, your username for the platform will often be <firstname.surname>

  • Why use a personal email?

    To stay connected when you leave school or change your current work position, we recommend using a personal email address.

  • I’ve forgotten my username, what do I do?

    Your username is usually your full name with a full stop in the middle. If you forget your username and need help, please contact help@haileyburyconnect.com

  • I’ve forgotten my password, what do I do?

    If you forget your password then just use the ‘forgot password’ link to reset. If you need any assistance please contact help@haileyburyconnect.com

  • How do I manage my login and link social accounts for easy login?

    Once you have set up your account, you can link it to your existing accounts e.g. signing in with Google, so that it’s easier to log in in the future. In ‘Account Settings’ you can view and edit your social media account links. We would recommend linking to LinkedIn where possible.

  • How do I optimise my account setup for maximum benefit?

    We recommend you upload a high resolution image of yourself: Home > My Profile > Edit Image. Then personalise your headline and bio: Edit > Save all.
